the sun is not up yet. it has been all summer long. sun gets up early and now it is coming up later. good morning. i m sarah simmons i m wisdom martin. tropical storm isaac is expected to make lapped fall somewhere on the gulf coast later tonight or early wednesday possibly as a category two hurricane packing winds around 100 miles per hour. as we just mentioned, new orleans is in its path right now and isaac could strike seven years to the day the city was hit by hurricane katrina. this may be the first major test of the city s levees since they were rebuilt after katrina. there is? good news in this. isaac could bring much-needed relief to the drought stricken mississippi river area. lets acheck in with tucker and get the latest on that. and about one year to the date that irene impacted our area. oh, wow. i think they re going to get hit worse down there than we were. certainly the potential for a big storm down there. still a tropical storm. maximum winds, 70 mi
