The architect submitted a plan for moving a 3 foot site setback about the second and third floor facing kansas street properties. In other words, he made the building bigger in our direction. Diane had to file the dr to get part of the site setback return. This doesnt seem right. Because the Design Review checklist requires site setbacks on key lots. Yet the department allowed at 311 to go out within these. It was only after diane filed a dr and specifically pointed out out mr.
