This matter and its serious concern amongst the groups we have 8th washington and 45 howard and other buildings where the warriors stadium was being built and many other buildings under review from the Planning Commission thank you for your time. My name is steve im here to speak is to the same issue im concerned about the 160 fulsome project we believe that shadows blocking natural sunlight in the parks is an issue and the additional one hundred feet of height is not in the contemplated eir significant increases in shadows will dictate even the rincon hill park and the new park in the transit eir it took seven years to develop the transbay plan and to make it a law we now have a developer attempting to buy illegal height Everyone Wants to address Affordable Housing issues truly effective issues this is not the right way transbay has an Affordable Housing housing ratio at 45 percent thats at better than the 33 percent the briberyy under does the good work you do and not have another ma
So thats not usable and this shows the same fence and area after it was washed out by the significant december storm that we had, so thats inaccessible area, and then number 4 is behind the east side gate which is like a security or privacy gate on the east side of the house and this picture shows right where the gate is and so the little bit of area behind that gate is inaccessible so the total area thats inaccessible is 983 square foot and thats based on the scale and the drawing project plans and of the area, 300 wawona current nonobstructive yard is 974 square feet and planning code section 134a1 requires a minimum rear yard depth of 25 and code section as i mentioned earlier, 130b requires that the minimum required rear yard shall extend the full width to have yard and so i showed you that drawing showing the width of the yard which runs from right angle from the side lot line to where it intersects, and these are pieces that show the lot area, 7200 square feet on the plans and th
Paint again solution is the one that you want, this is not the one you want, what you want is to cure the situation, the way you do that is from the inside, you have to get rid of the sheet rock anyway, it has to go. When you do that, youll see where the problem is and you can deal with them then, you can deal with them with the best way possible the cheapest way possible. Thats my point. Thank you. Rebuttal from the permit holders . Hi my names gladia, i just wanted to point out the fact that we dont think that this leak is only due to that space wean the two buildings. The plywood siding that we have on the wall thats 20 years old, and you can see on this photo is clearly end of life. We need a wall that protects us from the elements first of all. Secondly the trough, i refer to it as many feet back into our backyard 42 feet into our backyard away from our house and that 4 inch wide ditch between the two buildings is very, very deep. Theres not standing water in that ditch absolutely

Neighborhood, 3. 3 million to address this and other park improvements. Thank you. Good evening commissioners carla short, department of public works urban forestry. I dont really have anything to add to what dan said, but we did indicate this trees a tree appropriate for removal based on the recent limb failure and the presence of decay already. Were already seeing the signs of decay. The limb i didnt see it when it came off the tree as well, but based on what remains and i will switch photos on the overhead. Basically this area is that limb that failed. So it does appear that it was probably a similar size to the other limbs, which is very typical for this species. They have a form that is not ideal. Its called decurrent. So they have multiple limits that emanate from the trunk at one point. The problem is its more prone to limb failure inherently because of that form but once you have a limb failure, what we see is multiple failures after that. Because the tree is now weakened at th
