way over the white house fence appeared in court this afternoon. we learned it wasn t his first time being arrested at 1600 pennsylvania avenue. kaye jackson is at the live desk with what happened in court. his name is dominic odisania. he is 23 years old and remains behind bars after a federal magistrate ordered him held without bond. he is apparently from bel air in maryland just north of baltimore. the entire incident was recorded by a tv news camera. he is charged with jumping the north fence of the white house about 7:15 last night. he was immediately apprehended by two security dogs and secret service agents. authorities say he punched and kicked the animals as he was subdued. they were apparently bruised but returned to duty today according to the secret service. he has been charged with felonies for assaulting the dogs and making threats. on july 27 he was charged with unlawful entry for jumping over a security barrier on the street between the white house and ....

bit. this is sky9, so you re seeing what they re seeing from the air. it s a rural area. this is an area near a lot of industrial parks. it is in frederick, maryland, and so if you re looking for some sort of geographic point of where it is, it s north of i- 270. let s get back to that phone call we mentioned earlier. a man named tim flannery apparently saw the whole thing go down. tim, are you there? yes. can you tell us what you saw this afternoon? i didn t see it happen. i just heard a loud boom and went out of my shop and seen the parachute dangling in the air and then me and another guy steve norton got in my truck and drove across the field over there and found two guys in the airplane, got them out. you say you found two men in that airplane and got them out? yes. were they alive when you found them? yes. they were alive. did you see anyone in the parachute? you didn t see the actual planes go down, but did you see anyone in the parachute? no. ....
