Lee is facing charges of rape, homicide and robbery. And investigators say he would hide and wait for unassuming women that were walking alone and then attack. Reporter good afternoon rick, the suspect, dijon lee, has been taken to the District Court in the city of chester for formal arraignment, he is accused of being a brutal mass predator. This is dijon lee age 19 of chester. The delaware da says he is a serial rapist and assaulter of women. All of his alleged victims dating back three years to when lee was 16 years old and under arrest since early january after one accuser saw him at a store where she worked and called police and lee has confessed for all the crimes with which he is charge sod far. Lee had done jail time on a gun charge when it was february of last year he was arrested again and authorities decided to do a dna tax. And two more attacks occurred before the dna matches came back in february. The da says it can sometimes take a year to get the report from the Pennsylvania State police lab. They were able to pull a sample in february of 2016 and the results came back in january of 2017 and we were able to match dna results to this individual.
