From now, two people are dead after a hostage situation at the high school in the capital. A man entered the school this morning and took 20 students and their teacher hostage. Police responded and took the man into custody but not before the teacher and an officer were killed. Another officer was injured. The suspect is believed to be the parent of a student at the school. Happening today a 14yearold boy accused of killing his sister will appear in juvenile court. 17yearold Justice Toliver was shot january 23 in an apartment building.
