audience for coming to apco for another session. with that, i will leave it to sarah, our moderator, to introduce our panel. but thank you all for coming. great. thanks so much, bill. thank you, apco, for your partnership on this. we re here to talk today about medicare for all and other policy options to expand public coverage. as bill indicate the, it is the topic of the day. there are quite a few proposals, many with overlapping features, but also quite distinct features that are going to have or could have very different influences on cost, affordability, coverage, et cetera. so i m going to go ahead and introduce the panelists here today to help explain some of those proposals, some of the key distinctions and commonalities between them and share their thoughts on what the road ahead might be. so first, let me introduce karen, a senior fellow at the kizer family foundation, where she works on the program for the study of health reform and private insurance. prior to jo

i talk to colleagues, friends and customers. most of whom are ineligible. so we have a huge they have a great deal of trouble managing services for their parents, finding services for the parents, deciding about services for the parents and themselves. the largest share of the demographic is not eligible for anything. we need much better services between ccrcs and medicaid. there is a huge population that has a great deal of trouble. i want to encourage us to use the private sector or use encouragement to the private sector to better use private individual funds which is all we have for most people to improve services available to most agencies. really to work at making it possible for people with just some money to age in place easily and well. i think it will make a difference hopefully in individual lives, neighborhoods, communities and all of our levels of government. please join me in giving a hand to our wonderful colleagues. more now from this panel on the housing
