Be booked into the Santa Clara County jail sometime later today. Now, this all started about 3 45 this morning. Santa clara Police Officers say they were called to a disturbance at mcdonalds residence. They say mcdonald had physically assaulted a woman there while she was holding an inpant. They say he had already fled the scene by the time they arrived and he was later picked up on tara November Nova l. A. Va in san jose. 3 48 this morning our dispatch received a call of a disturbance at the residents of ray mcdonald in santa clara. Officers responded to the residents and learned that ray mcdonald was the suspect in an assault case. Additionally, he was also a suspect in a child endangerment case. Subsequent to that officers tried to locate mr. Mcdonald, but he wasnt there. He had fled after the incident. So we were able to locate him in san jose in the 2200 block of tara nova lane.
