MONTREAL A man in his 70s is fighting for his life after losing control of his motorcycle in the Laurentian town of Lac-Superieur on Saturday afternoon. Emergency services were called at around 2 p.m. to the scene on Nordet Rd., near Mont-Tremblant National Park. According to a report in La Presse, Liberty Media, which owns the F1 race, is demanding an additional $6 million to cover the losses of local promoter Octane Racing Group should the race go on without an audience. Although Public Health has yet to weigh in, a spectator-less Grand Prix seems to be the most plausible avenue at the present time. MONTREAL Quebec s provincial police are asking for the public s help in their investigation into the death of a 76-year-old man. Harold Joseph Diotte was found dead in a rooming house in Sherbrooke on Friday. Police have concluded that Diotte was murdered, but investigators are still looking for witnesses, as well as Diotte s relatives. No arrests have yet been made.
