Bridgeton police scowering the city tonight as the manhunt for 18yearold Michael Huggins continues. It all started 35 miles away when police say huggins along with three other teenagers overpowered Correctional Officers and escaped from the harbor fields youth detention al facility in Egg Harbor Ci

Will be in court today on unrelated charges Dominique Haeggan Brown is accused of Sexual Assault, prostitution and taking intimate photos without consent. Deandra corinthios has the latest from the Milwaukee County courthouse. Heaggan brown is in custody. And he is suspended from the Milwaukee Police department. His prelim and while the charges he faces today are not related to the shooting death of Sylville Smith. Smiths family says the two should not be separated. A criminal complaint filed against Dominique Heaggan brown indicates there were four victims. In one case. He is accused of getting a man drunk. Then sexually assaulting him according to the complaint this happened the night after Heaggan Brown shot and killed Sylville Smith near 44th and auer. Heaggan brown to shoot him.
