NSCN (IM) clarifies October 21 incident Dimapur, Oct. 22 (EMN): The NSCN (IM) on Saturday clarified that the stand-off like incident that took place on October 21 between the Assam Rifles and Naga army of NSCN somewhere near Council Headquarters (CHQ), Hebron, has been resolved amicably at higher level. An NSCN (IM)’s statement through its MIP clarified that there was no snatching of arms from the Assam Rifles personnel as reported by some local dailies.
