NSCN (IM) clarifies October 21 incident Dimapur, Oct. 22 (EMN): The NSCN (IM) on Saturday clarified that the stand-off like incident that took place on October 21 between the Assam Rifles and Naga army of NSCN somewhere near Council Headquarters (CHQ), Hebron, has been resolved amicably at higher level. An NSCN (IM)’s statement through its MIP clarified that there was no snatching of arms from the Assam Rifles personnel as reported by some local dailies. NPC conducts skill development class Dimapur, Oct. 22 (EMN): Norman Putsure College (NPC) conducted a skill development class on horticulture and floriculture for the students at Sovima campus on October 22. The college has its academic centres in Chümoukedima and Sovima for extracurricular activities. It informed that besides imparting full-fledged academic syllabus, the college administration is also focusing on other extracurricular activities to enable the students have access to a wide range of skills especially in floriculture
