It was done by a nationally recognized artist, emma stark. It was painted on site and has been here since about 1993, 1995. Its the only place where you can see the brazos valley as it was 12,000 years ago. Some of the animals portrayed in the mural were the predecessors of our modern species. 12,000 years ago, we had liens, tigers and bears in the brazos valley.
