As you can see the addition so heres the front of the building. The additions added to the rear. This is the existing. This is the side yard and the adjacent buildings. As can you see there is quite a bit of a yard here. Can you tell when the building was built, the Solar Building i think they did it because they needed a certain amount of sun and they anticipated an expansion and if they got too close there would be more impact. Here is the addition. It doesnt change the bulk of the building as you move back.
