four-four. >> that was only the beginning astros and dodgers battled it out for more than five hours. >> if you went to bed the dodgers scored three runs in the top of the ninth to tie it up, went in extra innings. good day it is monday october 30th, 2017. at beginning of the six i said please, show me pictures of the sun because we're begging for sun after yesterday. allen sent that in she and her husband. >> great one. >> she said sunshines for us, every day. so romantic. >> it gave us inspiration. this is what i want to see. that is what it looks like right now just dark, wet gross. >> okay. >> i wish the sun could come up and we could see the rays, and the warmth and get with us that vitamin d. come on, lord help is, give us sunrise over camden right now. >> amen. >> preach. >> right over christ church. put those rays on the steeple of the christ church. >> go ahead mike say it again >> thank you lord. >> we doctored that. the sun's up, it is coming up. >> well, not until 7:30. >> you will not see it. >> but before good day over you will see your sunshine. >> before 10:00 o'clock. >> the sun will come out before the show. >> the sun will come court at 9:50, bet your bottom dollar that it will be nifty. >> that is all i have. >> that was good for the part you had. >> let's drifty back to the forecast. >> don't get nifty. >> that is all i got. it is six out of 10. only because end of the day will be better than the beginning of the day but still icky out there right now we're still half an hour away from sunrise time and they are saying i can barely stand up straight. temperatures in the 40's, kid are having a sweater on, and they will end up leaving that rain coat at school today probably because it will be sunny by the time they leave school, but heaviest rain inching to new jersey, from pennsylvania and delaware, and we have a wind advisory until noon time. even after the rain end the winds will still be around. 47 degrees, but look at this 20 miles an hour wind and 28 miles an hour wind gusts and sunrise time 7:28. by end of the day we will be at 56, getting ready for haunting halloween forecast and that is coming up in a few minutes, bob kelly. >> you got it. 7:03. monday morning all ready problems on the board it will take you long, and give yourself plenty of extra time. eastbound on the schuylkill a disable right at 30th street station, that will cause delays heading in the city and 30th street station. big delays on i-95 northbound from highland all the way up through the no door barry bridge. delays in new jersey, here's 295 the southbound lanes of 295, an accident, just south of route 42, so that is bringing traffic to a halt, we have combination of the heavy rain, winds driving that rain at you sideways, and then of course we have leaves to contend work flooding union mill roadblocked at hartford to mount laurel. we will see that throughout the day. if the road are closed respect the closures. they are there for a reason. we could deal with down wires along the way. if you intend to fly out of philly international expect delays at laguardia checking in with two hour delays and that will have a come minute necessity effect here. septa running are delays across the board with all of its regional rail lines mike and alex, back over to you. steve's been running around, we have been trying to check down the shore most of the new jersey now is getting the brunt of this storm. it has been with us since we got up yesterday morning right? okay. steve's in moorestown, have you checked on your own home. >> i went there to use the facility. the yard is more drench then it was and i was stepping on branches and it was dark and i could not see. let me tell you did you notice this is first parka experience of the season and i tried to hold out until november because you cannot go from wearing a t-shirt a week ago to wearing a park a i don't know if sue mentioned the phrase wind chill. i just checked. the feels like temperature is 2 degrees above freezing. it is 44. it he files like 34. py thought on because i looked at that and said i'm told. that made me look at it. it is so windy out. then it got colder. i'm drenched to the bone, since getting drenched originally at 1:15 to go to my car. we got a little taste of some of the daylight coming and we can see how dark the cloud are above us as they move rapidly and, very windy and we have, and, leaf pile, and and you can see how long it is. and, there is so many leaves, in my area of moorestown is the first of like four leaf pick ups. difficult leaves. it looks like i didn't do leaves because wind has been blowing new leaves down on the ground but as you look up, chris look above you you can see bear trees and then some trees that look like they are completely green. so that is how it works some leaves decide to turn yellow in december, and then maybe red for christmas but there is a lot of leaves that are falling and a lot of leaves put by the road all blown own on the towed road so like driving through the first snowstorm of the season l me show you video. first live location on route 130 in brooklawn. thank god it is sunny soon or daylight i shouldn't say sunny right? because in the night we were hydroplaning because we hit deep puddles without any warning they were until the road, blocking taking up a whole lane or two and they are finding out what we found out that you better go slower than normal because suddenly your sideways and didn't mean to be sideways because road is flooded. take it easy, only monday and make it to tuesday alex and mike i'm just trying to make it to noon. >> thanks. yesterday wasn't exactly a typical shopping experience on a sunday no. >> upper merion police they shot a man wanted for robbery at king of prussia mall. >> all right, lauren, details police report report here's the deal customers say they knew something was going on. there was a heavy police presence but tell didn't know why police were there. police say they were there to capture a very violent armed serial robber. they knew he was at the mall. u.s. marshals got the tip. they moved in on the green parking garage there and they tried to capture him but he was in the going down without a fight. police were forced to shoot him while he was behind the wheel of the stolen car. >> well, officers fired at the suspect striking him while he was in the vehicle. the suspect was immediately given first aid and transported to paoli hospital. a 9-millimeter handgun was recovered from the driver seat of the suspect's vehicle. >> we had seen earlier in the day a swarm of cops in the mall. they all came racing by. but we didn't know what it was regarding. i was surprised they didn't go on lock down. >> police assured thaws no one else was in danger. stolen car he was using as a getaway vehicle he got on friday in delaware when he robbed, kidnaped and carjacked a 87 year-old man and and and in her car owe jumped in the back of the 9-millimeter gun in her head, demanded her purse and he tried to get away police believe it is same gun that they found in the stolen koran sunday. right new police are not releasing an identity of that suspect because they have not formally charged him. as for the officers involved in that shooting, they tell us of course, that they are on administrative leave. >> okay. >> protocol, yeah. >> all right lauren. 7:09. eagles overcome sloppy conditions and sloppy play to beat san francisco 49ers 33-10 yesterday after the linc. jaylen mills interception return for a touchdown provided a spark didn't it? one of the two interceptions for the eagles. they had four sacks. overall, it wasn't really pretty but we still maintain the best record in the league. >> what was the score with two minutes, to go in the first half wasn't it three-three. was it three-three. >> i thought it wases three to nothing. >> yes. >> going in the half time saying it three is to nothing. oh no is this a trap game. seventeen-three. >> yeah. >> it just changed. >> appreciate that. >> my thing it was like no matter what you say either way we are still seven-one. you can say it, people will not be saying, we have an easy schedule. cowboys fans are saying, you have to play cowboys. >> wait until you play a team with the winning record. >> our record is seven-one. we will explain that. >> yes. >> while we have it. >> wow. >> i know you went to bed when you thought astros had this thing wrapped up last night game five, multiple lead changes, seven home runs, extra inning a walk off win but the dodgers scored three in the top of the ninth this game was back and forth, three run deficits. houston cam back from three times down. astros were up 12-nine in the top of the ninth inning when the dodgers, smack a home run. ties it up. oh man houston fans are going oh no in extra innings after five hours and 17 minutes it was all over with a walk off single. that was alex bregman. team came out and hurt him now that he is on the dl. i'm just kitting. they didn't hurt him. next up, final score by the way was 13-12. a three-two series lead for those astros, the teams got on the plane and they flew back to los angeles. the game will be tomorrow night right here on fox. game six. >> there was a philadelphia connection to last night's game. >> astros became only second team in world series history to overcome multiple three run deficits, in one game and win the game. the other, 1993 toronto blue jays, or toy bring this up, when they beat our phillies in game four in a miserable game. you will remember that game in the pouring rain at the vet. you lose it why did you bring that up. >> well, i will not bring up the next game, game six where gentlemen carter won the world series on a walk off home run. i won't bring that. >> don't mention that. >> that would be more depress ing. >> we wanted to she some kind of connection between philadelphia and that big game the classic last night. all right. this is a big day in d.c. we are just hours away now intense speculation over the weekend over potential indictment today in the investigation in the possible ties with the trump campaign and russia. >> and they are saying there could be an arrest as early as today. >> it may be before noon, who knows, if officers at this person's house doug luzader. >> doug might know. >> if anybody knows it is doug luzader. >> beware of a income on the door this morning i guess if you anywhere around here. i guess it is important to point out there may not be an arrest today but there may be and all of this really stems from a surprising leak, last week, from the office of the special council investigating possible ties between trump campaign and rush, bob mueller is rush and investigation getting closer and closer to president trump? after multiple reports over weekend that special council robert mueller's team has gotten grand jury to sign off on a indictment, speculation has been swirling but could it be former trump campaign chairman paul manafort, one time national security advisor michael flynn or someone else entirely. one of the republicans in congress charged with looking into possible russian ties is clearly frustrated. >> some argue assuming reporting is true we don't know who they are being charged or what they are being charged for. >> reporter: president trump weighing in suggesting investigators are ignoring who should be the real charges democrats starting with hillary clinton. instead they look at phony trump russia collusion which doesn't exist, they w the democrats this terrible, bad for our country witch hunt for evil politics. >> the president is not under investigation. >> trump alley chris christie says president is not a target of investigators but some democrats, won't go that far. >> the president is not under investigation, is that your conclusion. >> i cannot comment on that charge or answer that one way or the other. >> reporter: one thing to keep in mind bob mueller and incident thate rose from the possible ties between trump campaign and russia which means he could be looking that is just something related to that, so this could be anyone under arrest today again, if someone is arrested, mike and alex. >> doug, would i stay away from my home, just keep deriving around, i mean, who knows, it could be anybody. >> i'm pretty sure aim not a target but you cannot rule anything out at this point he said pretty sure. >> interesting governor christie said you know who you are, you know what i mean? so the person who will get knock on the door knows. >> they are probably sweating. >> we will see you tomorrow. >> we will find out in the next few days. mike flynn or paul manafort they did raid his house in the early morning hours. you should be extra nice to your teacher to day. >> 61 percent say they are often stressed while 58 percent describe theirealt that is up from 34 percent in 2015. why? they are talking anxieties, school budget cuts, bullying, tense political climate and concern over status of immigrants students. studies conduct by american federation of teachers. >> so 60 percent of the teachers of you'll see today ard could go to the study are not happy. >> yes. >> if you are a teacher, to you want more than a april until 2017? >> is that tired, worn out. >> has that jumped the shark. >> jumped the classroom. >> jumped the desk? i don't know. >> what olds, what would like. >> how about a big fat check to shove into your 401k. >> no you will in the get that from the kid. >> 7:16. >> what you will get is wet on the way to school. >> that is right and tomorrow what is the forecast for halloween. start with the good news. very spook bye dry, cool and 58 degrees. that is for tomorrow halloween , so that is why we are getting this out of the way right now this big old storm that came in yesterday gave us sloppy weather sunday and a messy start to monday, well heaviest rain right now up around edison, new jersey and that part of the new jersey turnpike, here in philadelphia still raining but raining a little bit more likely, some heaven i rain in millville, new jersey, cape may steady rain as well, this continues for a couple more hours, sun comes out and it stays windy wind advisory until noon. fifty-six today. fifty-eight tomorrow. spike i sunshine for halloween we will jump in the zero seven 's for thursday and friday but by the weekend bob kelly, pardon me, we are looking at a high of 58 degrees, on saturday, by sunday there is a chance of showers, for yet another eagles home game. little bit of the roller coaster for the rest of the week, after we get rid of the rain. >> get yourself a cough drop over there, seven credit 17. here's a live look at a news van on the scene in mt. airy, emblem just off of lincoln drive. i was telling but this earlier this morning. down tree, is a perfect example of what septa talked about, one down tree can pull down power lines and that will impact not only power in the neighborhood but potential power on the regional rails. so power lines down, that is emblem street just off of allens lane in mt. airy. we have an update on our power outages, 1400 home without power in chester county, 850 homes without power in bucks county. i will tell you for somebody who knows from experience one big old oak tree can wipe out an entire neighborhood as power outages so be ready for that this morning. live look here at vine expressway bum tore bumper crossing town because of a disabled on schuylkill at 30th street. everyone will be late from work or school and head out in the front door and greet today with that in mind. north on the freeway slow go as you work your way in toward 295 coming from say collegeville, royersford heavy as well 422, one long line in toward king of prussia and heavy rain coming down on 295, southbound an accident just south of the 42 freeway running with delays on all of the regional rail lines septa says just check with them on line, and they will cancel some trains as well but slippery rails high winds and heavy rain will make a mess, flooding in mount laurel, union mill road, at hartford road and if you intend to fly be ready there are two hearst delays at laguardia and as we all know, that whiffle a come minute necessity effect here. >> you probably saw this dozens of kid being treated at children's hospital of philadelphia, chop this had their halloween party phillies and embassy suites teamed up for this halloween bash in southwest philadelphia yesterday. children and their families got to take a break from treatment and enjoyed dancing and face painting, arts, crafts and there there had to be candy. phillies fanatic with his mom were also there having fun with the crowd. >> just show our a appreciation and how we feel for the kid and we pull for them and we want them to have a good cause. it is a good cause f we can help in anyway the phillies want to, they are there for you. >> and the phillies, chop and embassy suites have hosted this event since 1992. >> ninety-two, good job. kevin spacey news surprised everybody last night >> well, a lot of people they are waking up to find this out too because it happened late last night. a shocking statement that includes an apology and admission from kevin spacey overnight, see his response to allegation that is he sexually harassed an actor 30 years ago >> um-hmm. what would you do on a flight in the air right now by the way, they are flying from the united states to singapore and it takes 18 hours. what would you do to pass the time on a 18 hour flight beside drinking alcohol? airy, an example of the down tree and some wires to go witt. thinks emblem road just off of allens lane at upper end of the lincoln drive. we have a big old oak tree, that pulled power lines down with it and an example of that is being repeated over and over again in all of the neighborhoods. it just takes one tree out an entire neighborhood with power this morning. so mt. airy is not the only area that is without power, we have a few others, that are also without power bucks county reporting 857 homes without power, and chester county, 1449 homes delaware, 102 homes and montgomery county, 122 homes without power. so again peco and all of the power crews are working hard in pennsylvania, new jersey and delaware trying to get power back on. once you are out of the house and on the way here's the schuylkill eastbound bumper to bumper into center city but the subsequent count has stop. we were rack up crashes left and right until we got in jammo mode here southbound i-95 a crawl from wood day shivering of the season, this is now jacket number five, because i have a lot of them, you collect them over the years and you save them, because they get drenched through on days like this. wind chill right above freezing. it is coal. that wind cuts through you. the wind is blowing. these leaves still green here but look at this lawn. i will show you this lawn. big lawn lots of leaves. these people didn't do their leaves, now you see more leaves. look at how many leaves they d there is a block length, pile of leaves, 3 feet high. look at this running path. i run on this path. this is slippery. it is like ice. even walking. driving on it. take it easy. rain has stopped here for now for this live shot. maybe just down to a drizzle but reason road are flooded is because of so many leaves blocking so many drains. they conn not get to the drains and clear them. alex and mike, lot of problems to come as you can see look at the other theresa cross the street. mostly green. when wind hits them, they will drag even lower on top of the power lines like you see here because they have a lot of they are leaves and that means they will catch a lot of the wind a lot of trees, a lot of trees and jen fred said she hasn't had power all night. >> a lot of people without power. >> montgomery county. >> bucks county. >> this was surprising last night, alex. >> allegation of sexual misconduct lead to an announce from oscar tony, golden globe winning actor kevin spacey. it happened late last night. people are waking up up to learn this. broadways actor anthony rap is alleging chooses to live as a gay man. >> he wants to deal with this honestly openly and that will start with examining his own behavior. >> um-hmm. >> all right. >> so, have you brush your teeth yet. >> well, wait, before you do it. >> there might be something in your toothpaste bad for your health. we will tell you what it is, steve sweeney's negative headlines keep piling up. why are south jerseyans so angry at sweeney? sweeney repeatedly sided with chris christie to underfund south jersey schools, increase standardized testing like parcc cut take-home pay for teachers and broke his promise to fund the pensions of hundreds of thousands of new jerseyans- all while padding his own. steve sweeney says a lot of things. but the truth is, he's not on our side. because in the night we were hydroplaning because we hit deep puddles without any warning they were until the road, blocking taking up a whole lane or two and they are finding out what we found out that you better go slower than normal because suddenly your sideways and didn't mean to be sideways because road is flooded. take it easy, only monday and make it to tuesday alex and mike i'm just trying to make it to noon. >> thanks. yesterday wasn't exactly a typical shopping experience on a sunday no. >> upper merion police they shot a man wanted for robbery at king of prussia mall. >> all right, lauren, details police report report here's the deal customers say they knew something was going on. there was a heavy police presence but tell didn't know why police were there. police say they were there to capture a very violent armed serial robber. they knew he was at the mall. u.s. marshals got the tip. they moved in on the green parking garage there and they tried to capture him but he was in the going down without a fight. police were forced to shoot him while he was behind the wheel of the stolen car. >> well, officers fired at the suspect striking him while he was in the vehicle. the suspect was immediately given first aid and transported to paoli hospital. a 9-millimeter handgun was recovered from the driver seat of the suspect's vehicle. >> we had seen earlier in the day a swarm of cops in the mall. they all came racing by. but we didn't know what it was regarding. i was surprised they didn't go on lock down. >> police assured thaws no one else was in danger. stolen car he was using as a getaway vehicle he got on friday in delaware when he robbed, kidnaped and carjacked a 87 year-old man and and and in her car owe jumped in the back of the 9-millimeter gun in her head, demanded her purse and he tried to get away police believe it is same gun that they found in the stolen koran sunday. right new police are not releasing an identity of that suspect because they have not formally charged him. as for the officers involved in that shooting, they tell us of course, that they are on administrative leave. >> okay. >> protocol, yeah. >> all right lauren. 7:09. eagles overcome sloppy conditions and sloppy play to beat san francisco 49ers 33-10 yesterday after the linc. jaylen mills interception return for a touchdown provided a spark didn't it? after multiple reports over weekend that special council robert mueller's team has gotten grand jury to sign off on a indictment, speculation has been swirling but could it be former trump campaign chairman paul manafort, one time national security advisor michael flynn or someone else entirely. one of the republicans in congress charged with looking into possible russian ties is clearly frustrated. >> some argue assuming reporting is true we don't know who they are being charged or what they are being charged for. >> reporter: president trump weighing in suggesting investigators are ignoring who should be the real charges democrats starting with hillary clinton. instead they look at phony trump russia collusion which doesn't exist, they w the democrats this terrible, bad for our country witch hunt for evil politics. >> the president is not under investigation. >> trump alley chris christie says president is not a target of investigators but some democrats, won't go that far. >> the president is not under investigation, is that your conclusion. >> i cannot comment on that charge or answer that one way or the other. >> reporter: one thing to keep in mind bob mueller and incident thate rose from the possible ties between trump campaign and russia which means he could be looking that is just something related to that, so this could be anyone under arrest today again, if someone is arrested, mike and alex. >> doug, would i stay away from my home, just keep deriving around, i mean, who knows, it could be anybody. >> i'm pretty sure aim not a target but you cannot rule anything out at this point he said pretty sure. >> interesting governor christie said you know who you are, you know what i mean?
