No i dont mean copper back there. This happened back in the in mounting country of new mexico in the Lincoln National forest. It was may time on the capital and, dry and hot but peaceful and all of the animals in the forest were having a grand old time in the sunshine of spring. There was one little three month old fella in particular who did not have a care in the world. He was spending his time having owlin and aprowlin and ascratchin. Dids right, that bear cub not have a care in the world, but somebody got careless. Somebody, a twolegged somebody, got careless. It took several hundred men five days to lick that fire. 17,000 acres of timber were destroyed, timber that could have been used for homes and furniture, along with the mills that could have turned it out. A lot of wild animals lost their homes. Many lost
The scu impacting Santa Clara County, Contra Costa County and parts of alameda county. 35 contained. 20,000 structures, though, are still threatened. In the north bay now were going to jump up to the north. The lnu fire. This stretches from Sonoma County, you see santa rosa here, all the way over to napa and solano counties. Some of the numbers there, 33 containment. Five people have died so far. Now the august fire up in mendocino county. Its made up of 37 smaller fires. Way up here. Mendocino county, nearly 20 contained. Again, we said 37 separate fires. And were monitoring the woodward fire in marin county. It is much smaller but it continues to grow. Containment still very limited at 5 . Okay. Thank you, raj. We want to get that information on the czu complex fire. Thats the one in san mateo, santa cruz. Lets listen to cal fire. Obviously the number of acres confirmed, 24 containment, which is up from this morning. However, we still have 13,305 structures that remain threatened. Th
