There have been some confrontations with police. Nothing too violent. A little pushing and shoving at one point. A Police Vehicle was surrounded. But it was never approached by protesters. It was allowed to back out of there and everybody went about their business and thats the way it has been for the last three hours, at least. Now, two hours ago, san jose mayor sam liccardo joined ting a knee. The mayor took that knee to show solidarity with the cause and the he needed with the group to stay peaceful.
