They charged himco with three felony counts. Officers took him into custody in Huntington Park where he had allegedly been loitering after park hours. Investigators say he would walk up behind women, grope them and run off. These alleged attacks took place dating back to last september. A civil trial begins wednesday in the case of a saratoga girl that committed suicide after being sexually assaulted at a house party she hanged herself in 2012 after she was sexually assaulted at a party

A body found in a hospital stairwell is that of a missing patient, lynne spalding, who disappeared. The hard questions are hard to answer. Indeed, they are, lynne spaldings friend was looking for answers after her death today new this has. This has shaken us to our core. We dont know how long she was in the stairwell, how long she had been there or what caused her death. Lynne spalding was a mother who entered the hospital for treatment of an infection, she disappeared. Two days later, she disappeared despite bed checks. Family and friends were angry because it took the hospital two days to admit publicly that she had vanished. Station up to the street. People packed the staircase in the stationary escalator unable to move. Many have been diverted from the montgomery station which shut down after a medical emergency on the track. We walked up to a big line. Reporter b. A. R. T. Officials said they sent an alert at 4 49 p. M. A bart train operator called to say a woman was underneath a train on the westbound track.
