you is the name of the deceased victim in the shooting incident today. they is identified as 25 year s shaneiqua marie of vallejo. the shooting happened on this stretch of highway 4 between leverage back there and railroad where we re standing. around midday the highway was completely shut down. it only reopened just before 4:00 this afternoon. shortly before 11:00 this morning the two occupants of this car were shot while driving westbound on highway 4. witnesses say they were in some sort of alter case with the occupants of a white mer says who opened fire. subsequently, that black vehicle crashed on the right shoulder and the white mercedes fled the scene. a female victim, the driver in this case, was suffering from a gunshot wound. she was transported to the hospital and was pronounced deceased. reporter: a male occupant of the car was wounded but is expected to survive. however, in a twist, investigates are not longer sure who was driving and who was the pass ....
