'he attacking me! he attacking me!'"argueta guesses it took him eight to ten seconds to get outside, and by then, the other guard had already fired his weapon, and a man was lying dead on the sidewalk with another man crying over his body."i tell him, 'use the pepper spray, ya know?' he says, 'i don't have no time! no time! it already happened.'" within a half hour, police arrested the guard who shot the man outside.they haven't told us his name yet.even after being cleaned, blood stains are still visible on the concrete.one of the bartenders at la oficina says she recognizes the man who was killed."she said those guys were here earlier around 9, in the bar, drinking."meanwhile, police have been trying to collect surveillance video from the many cameras mounted right outside.the case is under investigation as a homicide.in san francisco, spencer blake, kron four news.
