there was an alert sent out about an hour and a half ago warning of a suspect to the champion center armed with a machete. folks that are once gym is live on campus he will have an update on that very fluid breaking news. it s good out to a news conference getting underway as we speak. everything on campus is normal operations with the exception of the champion center we still have a lot of law enforcement personnel there. they ll be there the rest of day. we would ask everybody to avoid the champion center area for the rest of the day. 9:15 this morning a 911 call from the champion center the report was a man who was menacing with a machete. part of our campus protocols when we have an emergency like that is to immediately text the entire campus through the tax system to all students faculty and staff. we asked everyone to take protective action at that time. that there was no longer a threat of the champion center. scott will tell you more about the incident. on behal ....
