valley into san francisco on a report of a stolen car. =vo= a bystander shot this video of when the deputies finally caught up with petrov. san francisco's public defender says "deputy osborne" could be seen twirling what looks to be a necklace taken from petrov and then giving it to witnesses in exchange for their silence. osborne's attorney says he expects his client to be exonerated. the other first time in history. >> jon: it has to be the first time in history that has ever happened. and then the manager got ejected and at least one of the players got ejected. bill kinkle was the plate umpire. >> mike: the first time i did play by play i was in simmons in pittsburgh and i did the play by play and in the middle of the game, he said you need to do play by play. you're doing it. that was it. so that day in that particular inning, two on, nobody out. guy hits into a triple play. and my broadcasting was the worst commentary in the history of baseball about the triple play. when the be seen twirling what looks to be a necklace taken from petrov and then giving it to witnesses in exchange for their silence. osborne's attorney says he expects his client to be exonerated. the other
