>> yeah, and that's going to be tough, too. because china is part of the world bank. and so it's tough to tell what kind of reforms there are going to be. when we heard from the treasury secretary at this press filing center in new delhi overnight, she was talking about how the chinese economy has not been growing as fast as projected. and so, they have to make some reforms. she thinks maybe they do it with policy, tough to tell when xi is not here because deputies he sent might not be authorized to make any big decision on the world stage. but, the chinese economy, which has grown so fast over the last couple years, it's slowing down. and they are going to have to do something. yes, the western leaders here want to convince these developing countries, particularly here in the south, they should come to the u.s. instead of going to china who will give them money to develop but then at a very high interest rate. the u.s. is saying we will help you, no strings attached. >> brian: right. thanks, peter. yeah. that belt and road program has had mixed results with the chinese. now according to gina raimondo dougthey have problems behind te scenes fortify relations with the u.s. the problem there's no sign of that. they seem very belligerent, they seem arrogant and not even showing up at the g-20. big picture, joe biden has got to be thinking about re-election. he cannot be happy with the recent cnn polls. because i know cnn doesn't seem happy with them. shows donald trump beating joe biden, 47-46. haley, beyond the margin of error with the most sensational showing with a 6 point lead. joe biden loads to mike pence and rick scott. dead heat with desantis, vivek ramaswamy has a one pointed a ran vantage within the margin of error the. 2 point lead. this has got to be alarming when you think what joe biden is looking at. running on economy where the american people are not pleased. 38% approve of the economy. they see the collapse of the border. so his hope, ainsley, is foreign policy, i guess, if he wants to hang his hat on that?
