i tried my best. i got to go. i am laura ingraham. colonel stuart schiller, slamming the lack of leadership from top military brass. for that he has thrown in the break and faces a potential court-martial. tonight is parents are here exclusively to tell us what their son is going through and why military leadership is never held to the same standard but first create the crisis, take the power, that is the focus of tonight's angle. march of 2020, 3 out of four americans were told to stay home. >> all about getting that curve down and not overwhelming the hospital system. >> steps were taken like social distancing an effort to flatten the pandemic curve so that hospitals aren't overwhelmed. >> what you want to do slow the spread of this to keep the number of cases lower and below the point in which hospitals become overwhelmed. >> response to americans to the uncle down for weeks, some for a lot longer. grand gestures were made by government officials and a lot of private citizens to pay tribute to our heroes on the front lines of covid, our healthcare workers, they lit up the empire state building. on a mighty basis people even hung out their windows to cheer on nurses and doctors. even celebrities got in on the act expressing their gratitude. >> wanted to thank all the workers on the front line that are risking their lives every day so we can be safe. >> we are here to celebrate the doctors and nurses were risking their health to save hours. >> let's not forget how andrew cuomo begged healthcare heroes for help. >> you know the expression save our troops. in this battle the troops are healthcare professionals. i'm asking healthcare professionals across the country, if you don't have the healthcare crisis in your community please come help us in new york now. we need relief. >> but now that some nurses and some first responders are resisting the vaccine mandates it is becoming clear that those emotional words meant nothing. now that healthcare workers threaten the left's covid power grab a bond from frontline heroes to public health menaces. the same workers are now being terminated from coast-to-coast for opting out of vaccine requirements. across the country we see healthcare staff being forced to choose between taking a vaccine they don't want or being fired from the jobs they love. many report having if you bodies due to past exposure, others are young and fifth and don't feel they need the vaccine. these are people who are in hospitals every day so you can't say they don't understand the risks. the point is they've experienced it firsthand and have chosen to forego the vaccination for a variety of reasons. >> this is a we practice our profession and now we have this mandate that is coming through in the first thing we are going to do is question does this make sense. >> you can see the data and the statistics alone on the survival rate for me, the risk of the vaccine is more concerning to me than getting the virus. >> now the staffing shortages due to the mandates are getting worse by the day. in texas there's a crippling nursing shortage driven in part by the decisions of hospitals like houston methodist that fired unvaccinated workers and in upstate new york hospitals are in a bind too. erie county medical center in buffalo, 400 people are unvaccinated and on leave. we stopped collective inpatient surgery, we stopped some of our 8 outpatient visits come we stopped ice you medical transfers, new york state's largest healthcare provider northwell, health has fired to dozens of its managers, the north carolina-based provider know that health fired 200 employees. think about the insanity of this for a moment. the politicians and the public health officials who ordered us, begged us to stay home, to wear masks, cancel church, sports, forego weddings and all the other things you like to do in order to save the healthcare system, they are now the ones actively sabotaging the healthcare system. makes you think this wasn't about saving the hospitals from the outset was it. of course we now know that when they say the hospitals are being overwhelmed it is almost always a lie. with the exception of a few big-city hospitals in the us our hospital system was stretched but never overwhelmed and with adults a variant any hospitals that were stretched usually found themselves in that situation due to staffing shortages created by the vaccine mandates. we know the vaccines help avoid serious illness, we all know that but we also know fully faxed people can still test positive for covid months later. they can still get sick albeit not as second they can still spread the virus. in other words fully faxed hospital workers can still potentially spread covid to others but at least they won't be fired. all these hospital associations match their own credibility and not recognizing natural immunity among staff. how is it state medical boards don't recognizing established immunology, the madness continues to this day and people from all walks of life while races and ethnicities are saying no. another anti-mandate protest popped up in manhattan yesterday. to those people look like a bunch of uninformed trump supporters to you? one of the most revealing government actions taken during the covid nightmare came just days ago from new york governor kathy vogel. after state's mandate created the healthcare worker shortage she then responds by assuming more emergency power and orders foreign workers to replace her own constituents. >> this is a conversation we've been having to talk about the opportunity we might have been freeing up the visa system to have temporary workers come from places like the philippines or elsewhere. >> dad insult to injury the unvaccinated workers would also be ineligible for unemployment benefits. they love those healthcare workers, illegal immigrants across the border get treated better than lifelong new york residents. this replacement worker scenarios perfect for liberals who are always more than happy to import foreign labor, they love that. vaccine mandates, healthcare, policing, fire departments are just the latest example of government officials getting their pandemic response wrong, with the effects hurting the working-class people hardest. all these mandates from the lockdowns to the vaccines were meant to protect us but now we know they were doing all of the, to protect their own power. remember what they were saying about college football stadiums a few weeks ago. >> a lot of shouting going on, a lot of i was getting into the air. >> can't get over the pictures of those outdoor stadiums. >> i would be very surprised if we didn't have outbreaks here and there across the country related to these gatherings. >> always wrong but never in doubt, none of it and out. i think those doomsayers are disappointed there's been no spread from college football, same hospitals make their own decisions, and states lose some of their own choice. at some point people have to save themselves from this madness, democrats policies of vaccine punishment shutdown, closures don't work so now the villain is the scapegoat. they found them among the unvaccinated but next year we will see that that didn't work either and that is the angle. law enforcement officers calling it quits over forced vaccinations as well and among them are dozens of massachusetts state troopers who reportedly quit in the wake of their state's vaccine mandate. one of those is luke bonein who joins me with doctor aaron williams, a minnesota anesthesiologist who could lose his job for not being vaccinated. you have not yet resigned, but when the vaccine policy goes into effect on october 17th, something called progressive discipline. explain that. >> we've been told that for those employees in the executive branch in massachusetts, any employee who does not abide by the vaccine mandate by october 17th will face progressive discipline and eventually culminate in termination. >> how is that going over among your colleagues? have you heard from a lot of them during this period even those who chosen to get the vaccine, what are they saying? >> many of my colleagues are in great distress over the mandate, some received the vaccine and think the mandate goes too far, those remain unvaccinated and many of us who are unvaccinated are very concerned for our jobs, many of us have the opportunity to apply for a religious or medical exemption but many, based on the guidelines we've been given may not qualify for such an exemption if such an exemption is granted. >> you are the anesthesiologist, a medical professional and during the beginning of this pandemic there were attributes, tearful thank yous, how do you feel now given what is happening? >> i don't take it personally but for all is on all sides of this i definitely feel sad and kind of maybe ashamed might be a word, when medicine has come to what it is now which doesn't look like the science we studied throughout our medical school and our careers and suddenly it is turned upside down in the blink of an eye. >> explained that more. >> now what it looks like most of medicine represents and books like has the hallmarks of psychological warfare than evidence-based medicine where none of these things make sense and there's a string of them whether it be natural immunity you spoke about earlier or the beginning of this rollout of the pandemic and moderna and pfizer vaccines have polyethylene glycol in them, a well-known allergen, because of severe allergies, there was a study that said a big study out of unc that said anyone who is going to be injected with polyethylene glycol should have tests. when i saw that around the time of the rollout my mind was blown, they weren't whispering a word about it, didn't say anything to anyone yet that is a well-known established scientific fact even in moderna's sec filings in 2018, when that was an obstacle of bringing the product to market. >> back to what your governor, charlie baker who is a republican in name only if you ask me but comes out and basically says we want to get back to normal and there's only one way to get back to normal, watch. >> i look at the data that i see out there and it is very clear to me that the fastest path back to normalcy, the fastest path back to the life everybody wants which is the one they had before the pandemic began is to get more and more people vaccinated. >> it is kind of a shaming thing is doing, like you are the only one, you people, you and the good doctor, you guys are preventing us from going back to normal, how about just go back to normal, the red sox fenway park was packed, and not wearing masks that i saw. >> that is correct. i have listened to that commentary from the governor and one of the things that concerned me about that particular commentaries he went on to say getting the vaccine is the right thing to do. the problem with that is the opposite of the right thing is the wrong thing and what he is essentially said is not getting the vaccine is the wrong thing to do. however, there are hundreds of members of the state police association of massachusetts of which i am a member who have sincerely held religious beliefs that preclude them from being able to take the vaccine. medical problems that may preclude them from being able to take the vaccine and those who just had simply deeply rooted moral and ethical convictions who can't see themselves taking the vaccine. and i find it offensive that we are being told that is wrong. >> bit illegal immigrants are being waived in with not being tested unless they have symptoms, since all over the country by the hundreds of thousands so none of this makes any sense, thank you both for sharing your stories. the democrats vaccine mandates made it to the southern border but not for the untold millions of migrants illegally entering the country. instead the biden administration is poised to punish customs and border patrol agents. republican ohio congressman jim jordan joined me now exclusively. you were recently approached by a whistleblower on this subject. what did you learn? >> was lower told us border patrol was given official notice that border patrol agents don't get the vaccine by november of this year, if they don't get the vaccine they will be fired so meanwhile today we had referral from secretary mayorkas about what is happening with this flood of migrants, across the border and he said we ask if they want it, it is their choice. the people who busting their tails enforcing the law, doing the job on the border will be fired if they don't take the vaccine, meanwhile people who break the law coming here no big deal, it is up to you. that is how ridiculous it has become. these people like doctors and nurses and police officers were heroes, now you're going to lose your job if you don't take the vaccine, the same vaccine kamala harris said she wouldn't take a year ago, this is ridiculous. laura: we have nursing shortages, police officers being fired, bringing in foreign workers to take the jobs of americans who don't take the vaccine, is this the country we were born in? i just want to add this even before this whistleblower news voter patrol was already suffering personal shortages because in a june report from the national treasury the agency's staffing model shows a shortage of 1700 cvp officers and 400 other specialists and 200 nonuniformed trade specialists this vaccine mandate will hurt the hospitals and make the border less secure. >> exactly right. it will make the problem worse across the board in hospitals and police departments on the southern border. the only conclusion you can reach is this is intentional. the biden administration, we are going to stop the remain in mexico policy and fire agents. if that's the goal of the borderless hemisphere, if that isn't delivered i don't know what is. this is so frightening about this administration. the conclusion any rational person can reach, that is what is frightening to the american people. laura: bring as many as possible before biden is out of office and they lose control of congress. the dhs secretary made an admission about migrants and covid, speaking at georgetown. >> we are confronted with a population of people that as a general matter have a rate of illness that is 20%. laura: and we are firing nurses and border patrol. >> giving illegals breaking the law the choice, this is - it makes absolutely no sense that this is the same secretary who a week and a half ago told us the border is secure. we are sick of being lied to by people, sick of the false information, the misleading information from secretary of state, the border secure, not true. >> he was proud of how it was going at the border. thank you for this information and marine lieutenant colonel stuart scheller went viral for the viewer he called out lack of accountable the among our military leadership. all about that afghanistan withdrawal. his candor got him stripped of his command, now he has been thrown in the brig facing a potential court-martial. his parents will join us exclusively in moments with details of their son's or deal. stay there. .. it's moving day. and while her friends are doing the heavy lifting, jess is busy moving her xfinity internet and tv services. it only takes about a minute. wait, a minute? but what have you been doing for the last two hours? ...delegating? oh, good one. move your xfinity services without breaking a sweat. xfinity makes moving easy. go online to transfer your services in about a minute. get started today. >> we have a the secretary of defense the testify the afghan national security force withstanding the taliban advice, chairman of the joint chiefs supposed to advise on military policy. a marine combatant commander. all of these people are supposed to advise, supposedly they did die in vain if we don't have senior leaders who raise their hand and say we did not do this well. >> that man, colonel stuart scheller is sitting in the brig and faces potential court-martial for calling out be an aptitude of the military decision-making. while he is in jail the leaders he called out at excuses for their failures in afghanistan on the hill today. >> recorded we maintain 2500 troops in afghanistan. i also had the view the withdrawal of those forces would lead to the collapse of afghan military forces. >> my assessment was back in the fall of 2020 and remained consistent throughout that we should keep a steady state of 2500 and it could bounce to 3500 or something like that. >> in the end they agreed with the young man was saying, joining me exclusively, lieutenant colonel schiller's parents, your reaction to your son's imprisonment while our military leaders playing the blame shifting game on capitol hill today essentially saying we would have left troops there, that was our recommendation. your response. >> our son call for accountability. throughout the hearing today i don't feel like they accepted accountability. i'm extremely disappointed and it is no coincidence in my opinion that they put a gag order on him and put him in prison the day before they had to appear in front of senators and tomorrow in front of congressman. i think that is fairly an act of cowardice. our son, we are proud of our son. our son is a hero. he fought for this country for 17 years. he has been on thief - five deployments. the marines fought him exemplary, they have fast tracked him in his career and until 30 days ago he was a hero to the leadership of the marine corps. but on august 2, '06, when 13 of our servicemen died in kabul airport something inside our son snapped, he was angry and he, in principle, he's a very courageous and principled man, always has been, but when that happened he had to go and ask is leaders for accountability. he had many active duty marines and veterans he works with with suicide prevention, he called for accountability and in 12 hours they remove some of his position. is downhill from there. >> your son is in military prison. as a mother when you watch general marketability point blank if he would resign i your reaction after we play his answer. >> is a senior military officer resigning is a serious thing, a political act if i'm residing in protest, my dad didn't get a choice to resign, those kids don't get a chance to resign and i'm not going to turn my back on them. they can't resign so i'm not going to resign. laura: he said resigning would be turning his back on the troops. your thoughts? >> my thoughts are, our son said to him if you thought this was a bad idea were you willing to take your rains and put it down and say will not put out men and women in peril, he should've dropped that rank, should have resigned and said i will not do this to our service members but he didn't do that, did you? explains you why the accountability is so important. during our war, the last 20 years we've lost 7000 troops. we've lost depending on the data you want to look at somewhere in the last 20 years between 30, 2100,000 troops from suicide. they need that accountability, they need to know what they did matters. so many lives can be saved on the backside, and take the rank and put it down and stand up for your other service members, stand up for my son, stand up for america. >> basically, basically they left hundreds of americans in afghanistan, believing our son tonight in prison and that is not okay with us and i challenge the american people, is that okay with you. is that okay with you the 17 year infantry officer that put his life on the line to protect you and protect your children, is it okay with you that he is put in jail and is facing a court-martial? he didn't murder anyone, he didn't sexually offend anyone, he didn't do drugs, he asked for accountability, he spoke his truth and they couldn't handle it. it is an embarrassment, it is shameful and if it is not okay for you, americans, we are asking you to stand up, write your congressman, call your congressman, demand accountability and not just accountability for the afghanistan withdrawal and americans left behind, the only one being held accountable for the situation is my son by the generals. >> i to play this, senator cotton asked defense secretary austen about your son's confinement. >> marine colonel stuart scheller hosted a very critical video on social media last month and was relieved of his command for that posting. media reports today indicate he's being held in pretrial confinement, wise that? >> i don't have any specifics of what caused them to be held in pretrial confinement and i would certainly ask the marines to provide that insight. laura: he is the pentagon chief, this young man is in military jail. are you surprised that he has no idea what is going on? >> i could not believe those words came out of his mouth and if he doesn't know what is going on shame on him, shame on him if he is totally unaware. a lot of other people are aware but we are not going to let them take their dirty little secret and hide it away source and can speak up a gag order on him, taken away from his freedom of speech so they can hide - i don't know. i don't know anything about it. >> when they -- laura: president biden was going to bring accountability and transparency to government, that was a big part of the pitch and restoring dignity to the national conversation, bringing us all together as a country, that was a big part of his campaign against donald trump. he is commander-in-chief now and the counterargument is your son violated military code by going public with criticism of his commanders according to the technical military law that exists on the books of your reaction. >> lieutenant colonel show cause problems for the marine corps and the military by breaking the chain of command and he knows it and it will be talked about for decades in the future of what stuart is done with social media etc.. it is a problem for the marine corps while stuart broke the chain of command i can send general mackenzie, generally, secretary austen, they have broken the chain of trust and confidence of the american people and for that they should be embarrassed. they should drop their rank and they should resign for that because today's hearing showed that they aren't going to accept accountability for the mistakes they made him a they wanted to blame everybody else, the afghan government, the afghan military, the weather, however but i'm telling you they should resign. >> shouldn't they be fired? resign, shouldn't they be fired? >> you and i both know president biden isn't going to fire them. >> we have to get word out to the american people what is going on, he needs our help. his family needs our help and we are asking the american people to write their congressman who say it's not all right with them, then we need to say we want relief, we want his pension reinstated, to have his medical benefits that he is going to need after the deployment but if they won't do that, at least we let him out of the marines. he asked for that. and that is what we are asking for, for people to support his family by going to typesittersfoundation.org, the donate button at the top and hit who do we donate for and find lieutenant colonel stuart schiller on their. his family desperately needs funding. to live. >> this is - the legal fees we are going to work on that. this is ridiculous, this is a travesty what is happening to your son, - >> we would like to think this will be over in days or weeks but we have been our expectations have been leveled by stewart's legal team that the marines could drag this out for years. their objective would be - and by the way, pretrial confinement is a nice comfortable word. >> is your son a flight risk? >> know. he loves his country. he loves america. >> they don't want him to talk, they worried what else he might say. that is why. >> they don't want him to talk and have not brought charges on him and are holding him in solitary confinement. >> if that's not okay - >> they seemed like solitary confinement lately. always human rights civil rights folks who used to say solitary confinement was cruel and unusual punishment but they love using as punishment against people they think are political opponents. that is disgusting, your son's state of mind, what is it tonight. >> i don't know. i can't talk to him. they won't allow phone calls. >> the 2 minutes on monday morning he asked us to contact his attorney got one phone call. >> we had no communication with him. >> is not like the marine corps is calling us to let us know. laura: would this have happened under donald trump? >> know. >> we would not have had the under donald trump in my opinion but i also -- i don't think stu would have done what he did and if we had been at this point donald trump would've stepped in if generals were out of hand. >> this is a story that is not going away but i bet the country is with you. we will keep in touch with you and we will get those postings up on social media on other issues you were mentioning. and coming up, loudoun county, virginia is where the school board versus matt walsh saga is unfolding, the conservative commentator joins me in moments on the links that he went to to call these gender bending creeps out to crashing there next meeting they moved to ban him from attending. trace gallagher has the full story. >> davidson county, tennessee, matt walsh made it his mission to challenge school boards on everything from covid to critical race. and because walsh is a popular conservative blogger, writer and podcast are his message tends to resonate and prompt db and school boards don't appear to like him which is why when matt walsh that he was holding a rally in melbourne county to protest the school board's transgender policy and plan to speak at the meeting itself the board pushed back changing the meeting time to conflict with the rally and when walsh adjusted time of the rally the school board came back with a will change saying only loudoun county residents and business owners would be allowed to speak saying, quote, the school is making these changes to ensure the voices of our parents and the lc ps community are heard rather than out-of-town agitators it would make board meetings a platform for national politics or to enhance their own media profile so in the spirit if you can't beat them, join them walsh decided to leave the loudoun county property and tonight he was allowed to speak for 60 seconds. >> child abusers, you pray little children and indoctrinate them into your insane ideological called which many fanatical views but none so deranged that boys are girls and girls are boys, by imposing this and enforcing young girls to share locker rooms with boys you deprive these kids of safety, something for fundamental which is truth. >> some parents do not believe matt walsh should have been allowed to speak but others including a teacher said he should have because policies that harm children of got to stop. jillian: joining me his massive walls, newly minted resident of loudoun county, virginia, host of the matt walsh show. i am sure the school board is pleased virtually, not a lot of people there to hear about your move. what happened? >> they said they made the change to disallow nonresidents and had nothing to do with me. i want to say for the record i became a loudoun county resident, a lifelong dream i had to be a resident of orange county and i decided to finally come out and live my truth as a virginian this weekend it all worked out this way coincidentally. it is interesting the school board just wants to hear from parents, they want to give parents a chance to have their voices heard. really? before i showed up they were giving parents 60 seconds so if you want to hear from people, if you want to hear their point of view it is a strange strategy to let them speak for 60 seconds and saw the buzzer and cut the mic off because that is what they do in loudoun county. that is how they communicate how much they want to hear from the parents of loudoun county. laura: they don't want any opposition, they don't want to your from you, they don't care what parents think, they don't care what traditional americans think, they want to run the show and they want you to shut up and listen. they don't want that. >> that is exactly it and also because they know their policies, they can't actually have any kind of exchange, they can't risk allowing anyone to stand there and make a longer more considered argument against these policies because it is indefensible and they are indoctrinating kids into their fanatical religious cult and they are not interested in having any debate about that. laura: the final virginia governor's dba, democrat terry mcauliffe made it clear parents getting involved in kids curriculum. >> i don't think parents should tell schools what they should teach. i get tired of everybody running down teachers. what they've done through covid, these are real heroes that deserve our respect. >> that is what they said about healthcare workers until they fired them for not getting the vaccine. they trot out the teachers when it is convenient. >> the real hero, teachers, many who didn't want to show up for work for a year and a half, parents shouldn't be telling teachers what to teach, there are two options when it comes to education. either we let the government decide what our kids are going to be taught and what values and ideas are instilled in them or families and parents have at least a say and those are the options and they think they want the state to have absolute unquestioned total authority to decide what your kids believe and what sorts of people they become and i find that appalling. laura: the same night as the last governor's debate, these are big issues in the commonwealth of virginia, this will make a big difference. thank you. nancy pelosi under siege. is she trying to set of the radicals in her own party, setting biden's legislative agenda, maybe his entire disarray with president biden's agenda on the line, senator christensen about told president biden she is not there on the massive tax and spend plan. president biden met with senator joe manchin, didn't win him over and utah senator mike lee. i always think nancy pelosi and schumer are extremely crafty, extremely experienced, they will get to a dollar figure summer, maybe not $3.5 trillion but they know it is do or die for president biden. what are your thoughts? >> probably right. a lot of people in washington dc to see this almost organic being that has to sustain itself by taking money from the poor and giving it to the wealthy. make no mistake that is what the reconciliation is all about. it is the opposite of the way we are described. subject american citizens to more government, the same government that has been harming them increasingly of late. laura: when they say it is not going to cost anything this is so typical of dc. i've been your way too long but when i heard that i said to myself i have heard it all. it is free, money falling out of the sky. all of it free. >> it is just free and paid for on the backs of poor and middle-class americans who find every dollar they earn buys less. inflation is the natural result when you just print trillions of dollars at a time that you don't have. that is happening here. it is not free. it might be free to them. it's not free to the american people. laura: bernie sanders is encouraging his fellow radicals to take the big spending plan saying no infrastructure bill should pass without the $3.5 trillion reconciliation bill. is this just his way of squeezing more concessions or is he trying to serve as his constituents? what is that all about? >> if it will work i like it. i encourage more of this from bernie sanders. i will be cheering him from the sidelines if he can get people to reach that conclusion if that helps us take this reconciliation bill. we've got to stop it anyway we can. something like that has got some promise. laura: what about the 19 senators who voted for that infrastructure bill which puts this whole thing on a glide path, what about that? >> i strongly disagree and here is why. last year we brought in $3 trillion, spend $6.6 trillion. we are on track to rival that this year. we don't have this money and when we spend money we don't have we are printing it and when we printed we are loading it onto the backs of poor americans, reverse robin hood. jillian: pushing back on the vaccine mandate where we started the show tonight, we have 12 bills, among them the biden can't to exempting individuals from mandates on personal beliefs but do you have any hope on this? >> i have hope in the sense that the american people don't put up with tear running. these are not merely cosmetic problems. these are deep problems. when the president of the united states tells us this isn't about freedom or personal choice it is a bank robber saying this isn't about the money. he's making king george the third look like a choir boy, asking people to choose between a vaccine and poverty. between total submission to the government and ruin. the american people won't stand for it and i will go to court every day for weeks to come pushing back. laura: we are going to be watching this. thank you for watching. remember it is america now and forever and greg gutfeld kicks off from here. >> democrat leaders to satisfy the far left wing of their party and progressives are threatening to take president biden's agenda and it has many asking who is running the democrat party. jillian: do this? >> 2005 troops in afghanistan consistent throughout. we should keep it to 2500 and it can bounce to 3500. jillian: the top general contradicting their commander after president bi
