Pennsylvania added 4,602 positives for a statewide total of 1,118,470.
The county also had 106 additional negative test results, increasing its total to 66,892. Across Pennsylvania, there were 10,281 new negatives for a total of 4,312,611.
DOH reported one new death attributed to the virus among Centre County residents, bringing the local total to 217.
With 60 new COVID-19 deaths reported statewide, Pennsylvania’s total is 25,827.
Mount Nittany Medical Center is treating 24 COVID-19 inpatients, four fewer than on Tuesday. The patients range in age from 36 to 88, according to a hospital spokesperson.
Statewide, 2,842 COVID-19 patients are hospitalized [an increase of nine since Tuesday], including 579 in intensive care [+3] and 298 on ventilators [+6].
Indecent assault
BELLFONTE At 4:13 p.m. on Jan. 4,state police at Rockview investigated a case of indecent assault in Benner Township. The victim was reportedly a female from Bellefonte. The investigation is ongoing.
Theft of vehicle
SNOW SHOE At 2:32 p.m. on April 15, state police at Rockview investigated a case of theft of a motor vehicle on Thomas Street in Snow Shoe Borough.
According to police, Megan Henry, 33, of Williamsport stole a 2010 Toyocar van container trailer from the victim, an 81-year-old from Snow Show. Charges were filed.

JACKSONVILLE At 9:17 p.m. on April 12, state police at Rockview investigated a crash on I-80 East in Marion Township.
