Pennsylvania added 3,004 positives, bringing its total to 973,721.
The county also had 134 additional negative test results, increasing its total to 63,301. Across Pennsylvania, there were 10,005 new negatives for a total of 4,018,759.
DOH reported no new deaths attributed to the virus among Centre County residents, keeping the total to date at 214.
With 37 new COVID-19 deaths reported statewide, Pennsylvania’s total is now 24,689.
Mount Nittany Medical Center is treating 14 COVID-19 inpatients as of Wednesday morning, three fewer than on Tuesday. The patients range in age from 54 to 90, according to a hospital spokesperson.
Statewide, 1,500 COVID-19 patients are hospitalized, including 284 in intensive care and 153 on ventilators.

Mar. 13 Centre County added 48 cases of COVID-19 on Saturday, bringing the total to 13,351 since the first case was reported nearly one year ago.
Statewide, 2,840 additional cases were reported, bringing the total to 964,296. There have been nearly 4 million negative tests and 92% of people have recovered.
The state also reported 43 new deaths, making 24,573 total deaths attributed to COVID-19. Centre County s total remains at 213.
More than 3.5 million doses of vaccine have been administered across the state, with more than 1.2 million people fully vaccinated. In Centre County, there have been 31,842 first or single doses and 19,430 second doses given to 31,911 people.
