PORT HURON, Mich. – Police in Port Huron are investigating the death of a woman after her body was found inside a home Saturday morning.
According to authorities, Port Huron police and fire crews were called to a house on Division Street, just south of the intersection of 18th and Oak streets. Police said they received a call at about 8:15 a.m. regarding a smoking house and a burned body inside.
Police have identified the man who drove all the way from North Carolina to see a woman he met online only to be found passed out drunk in Port Huron with four loaded guns, drugs and his 11-year-old son in the car, authorities said.

ST. CLAIR COUNTY, Mich. – The St. Clair County Sheriff’s Office and family of Nadine Moses are seeking the public’s help in locating the 84-year-old woman.
Moses’ family said they last spoke with her on Monday, May 3, and have not been able to reach her since then.
Moses drives a blue 2011 Ford Edge, her family said.
