Police say someone was shot at a motel 6 in walnut creek today. It happened around 11 00 a. M. And shutdown several streets. There was a large Law Enforcement presence for most of the day at the motel on north main street between parkside drive and st. Louis road. No word on the condition of the victim. The incident is under investigation. Families of homicide victims are pleading to the public for help. They are hoping for new leads in those cases as well as a chance to save lives. Elissa harrington has more from these families about their message and also talking to Oakland Police. We are tired of burying our sons and daughters, which is our future but we want to live and not die. At an emotional news conference, families of homicide victims gathered to grieve together. Mothers held pictures of their kids killed by gun violence. This is my heart ripped out, every day. Home in San Francisco as they slept home Surveillance Video revealed how it all happened first 3 thieves are seen canvassing the neighborhood with tools in hand until they later chose the clear tome at first they couldnt get in. Looking down at San Francisco, a noticeable blanket of cloud cover and fog for just a couple of patches of the bay definitely not as widespread of cloud cover as we saw yesterday but there are a few areas out there that are certainly looking at a bit of a cloudy impact this morning, lets look at satellite and radar we are dry unclear right now, but if you zoom out across the region you notice that cloudy bank up to our north that is the sign of showers just around the corner.
