A six-month narcotics investigation on both sides of the Delaware River in the Trenton area led to 18 arrests, the seizure of dozens of pounds of drugs, 11 guns, six cars, wads of cash - and key intelligence that led investigators to solve two murders, police said.
The investigation, targeting Trenton’s “H Block” gang, also discovered that a Bucks County, Pennsylvania man was supplying North Trenton with heroin, authorities said. Investigators watched several drug deals, and arrested two men at a West Windsor hotel last week with a box full of heroin, which they’d apparently stashed in the woods nearby, Mercer County Prosecutor Angelo Onofri said in a Thursday statement.
