My husband, a consultant in a tech company, is really bad at his job. I had no idea until lockdown, but now, when I overhear him on Zoom calls, I cringe. He’s slow at picking things up and I can tell his co-workers don’t warm to him. I’m embarrassed by this. I know it has no bearing on our relationship but I’ve found myself being argumentative, possibly as a result. I’m the slightly higher earner but our careers always seemed equally weighted, until now. I wish I didn’t know any of this but how can I make it not affect our relationship – and do I say anything? Perturbed

There has been much talk recently about the wisdom of Section 230 of the federal Communications Decency Act.
The now 25-year-old law essentially protects online service providers from liability for decisions to block third-party content on their sites. Especially in light of Twitter’s decision to block former President Trump, there has been renewed interest in the subject. But a recent case from the federal Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit demonstrates that Section 230 is alive and well for now.
James Domen is the president and founder of the non-profit organization “Church United.” Domen alleges that he “was a homosexual” for three years but then, “because of his desire to pursue his faith in Christianity, he began to identify as a former homosexual.”

I’ve been in a happy relationship for three years, but recently I’ve started thinking about my ex. I’ve realised I was a victim of gaslighting without knowing it. He once left me on the hard shoulder while we were driving home from a restaurant because he said I’d been ‘too friendly’ towards a waiter, and he kicked me out of bed one night after I told him I loved him but ‘didn’t sound convincing’. Afterwards he always said I drove him to it, so I’d apologise. I can see now that I was being manipulated, but I don’t know whether to speak to him about it? It would help me get closure, but equally I don t want t
