Spots up. When they finished their work they came back to their car which was parked about here and they got in their car to head out and that car ride came with deadly consequences. This morning Osvaldo Arroyo is still sore from the violent impact that sent him to temple hospital and claimed his brothers life. Damaging to every family member, yes, in every way possible. Reporter family friend natalie hall says the arroyos are devastated by the death of francis and the severe wounding of osvaldo. The brothers were driving to his house in this mazda after doing work on a special needs van. He was working on the van for several hours and this happened. Witnesses say a dark colored suv sped east and slammed into the mazda nearel sin or street. The vans driver backed up and went around the block and sped through the accident scene a second time traveling west. This witness asked we only show his shadow to conceal his identity.
