After 10 30 this morning. Investigators say once the repo man started moving the van a woman got out of it and started an argument. Were told she threatened to call her boyfriend. Tow truck driver said you arent doing anything. Reporter that boyfriend did come to the scene. He also had a gun. Its sad that it happened. Reporter the police say the repo man was first pistol whipped by womans boyfriend so he turned to walk away. When he did he heard glass shattering behind him. Thats when the repo man pulled out his pistol and there was a gun fight. The womans boyfriend would be shot in the chest and arm and died at the hospital. A dog was caught in the crossfire and died as well. This point breeze neighborhood cant believe this escalated to the point someone is dead over a reason like this. Its a sad world out here. Police in Montgomery County are questioning people about a shooting there. Someone shot a man on cherry and west oak street. He is expected to survive. Police have not arrested anybody at this time. The battle over sand dunes in the jersey shore will be fought inside a courtroom. The controversial project has ruined their views, flooded parts of the beach and created Health Hazards and they dont want the project to proceed. Matt is in camden to walk us through this today. Reporter part of todays meeting in federal court is to discuss the temporary restraining order. The army corps of engineers want na order lifted but margate wants that to remain in place. The dune construction there, that construction was ordered to be shut down at least temporarily last week. City officials said the statemandated project led to drainage issues that have led to ponds of backfilled standing water. Margate says the construction has caused the city irreparable harm. They told the department of engineers,
