Police in Montgomery County are questioning people about a shooting there. Someone shot a man on cherry and west oak street. He is expected to survive. Police have not arrested anybody at this time. The battle over sand dunes in the jersey shore will be fought inside a courtroom. Margate Officials Say the construction has caused the city irreparable harm. They told the army corps of engineers, the contractor and city officials last week to come up with a meaningful plan to solve the drainage problems. There was an agreement in part to finish the walkways along the major streets, to have the army corps pump water from retention bases quickly after a heavy rainfall and also have the army corps secure the work area.
