Police in Montgomery County are questioning people about a shooting there. Someone shot a man on cherry and west oak street. He is expected to survive. Police have not arrested anybody at this time. The battle over sand dunes in the jersey shore will be fought inside a courtroom. The controversial project has ruined their views, flooded parts of the beach and created Health Hazards and they dont want the project to proceed. Matt is in camden to walk us through this today.
