Police say jasmine wrigt was found beaten and possibly strangled in a third floor apartment here. The victims family was concerned about her wellbeing. They asked the property manager to check in on her. He was the one that found her dead. Neighbors say wright was well liked, well respected, professional. Making this more mysterious. Actually talked to nbc10 last week she was upset about what happened to that 13yearold, her own daughter a 10yearold was involved in the second attempted abduction. Listen to the police chief. Hes really frustrated. How frustrating is it . Its extremely frustrating. The judge is supposed to be part of enforcement and hes letting this isnt the first time hes done Something Like this. Hes extremely liberal with these things in a down that hastown that has a lot of crime. Reporter hes 65 years old. Police say he was driving a van with graffiti all over it with his window rolled down trying to get those young girls in his van. Thankfully they got away safely. His arraignment is at noon where hell be facing the same district judge that let him out on bail last week. A lot more questions to be asked in this case.
