County executive chris abel had inmates take the fencing down yesterday morning. Because he called it a barrier to healing. That spurred the sheriff to instruct deputies to put the fence back up and anyone who refused to leave the park after six pm. After a special Court Session was called, a judge issued a temporary restraining order against sheriff david clarke saying he has to stop impeding Public Access to sherman park.
