Samuel zuelzke is charged with use of a dangerous weapon and recklessly endangering the safety of his neighb criminal complaint zuelzke fired two shots at his neighbor near 13th and orchard on august 28th. He missed. And the bullets went through the mans home. Home. Police say the two were arguing over an old mattress leaning against zuelzkes fence left behind when other people moved out. Zuelzke moved it onto his neighbors property and thats when the fight started. Zuelzke grabbed a gun and took matters into his own hands. He now faces up to 12 years in prison. If convicted.
