When a suv pulled in front of her in east oakland saturday night. Two suvs collided and the impact sent the sergeants car up onto the sidewalk. She sat dazed and pinned inside her car. The suspect, unconnected to the collision, walked up and fired a single shot. I just got shot at. Reporter clark went hit by gunfire.
