This is the intersection where this happened earlier this morning here at litchfield road and peoria avenue. It happened around eight k this morning, and police are telling us that four vehicles were involved. Everybody was taken to hospitals around the valley area, accident caused by a 19yearold man trying to kill himself, and unfortunately he did take the life of a 46yearold.
