When we were moving, we were getting rid of so many things. She was very generous, always wanting to help. Its one thing to your own life, but to be just so negligent of other peoples, and her life is gone, but so many people are going to be affected. Lindsey radomski right here a free woman after a sevenweek trial filled with graphic details, frankly too graphic for courtroom when that verdict was read. The 33yearold yoga teacher was facing a punishment that could have included up to five years in prison, and having to register as a sex offender for the rest of her life. Lindsey radomski sobbed and hugged her attorneys immediately after the verdicts were read, clearing her of all ten misdemeanor charges of indecent exposure and sexual misconduct. Ms. Radomski she suffered a loss. Her image was tarnished based on how this story came out. The parents who threw the bar mitzvah for their son in 2014 left the courtroom without commenting. Some of the charges stem from radomski allegedly flashing her breasts to adults and boys at the bar mitzvah that night. Testified to drinking several drinks of vodka, tequila, and wine was sleeping in one of the boys rooms. We believe that the boys went in that room and touched lindsay, fondled her breasts without her permission. This was not conscious, not awake, and its wrong. Im just incredibly happy its over. Pretrial does not feel that they can successfully and safely monitor you in the community, and you also have the new violent criminal activity flag, which indicates to the court that you are likely to commit a future violent crime. Officers used a taser on payne twice before he was custody. This does appear to be one other incident in which someone is focusing on a police officer. Reporter and county attorney, Bill Montgomery, who you saw there will ultimately decide on the specific charges against payne, and that could happen within the next couple of days. The health of both president ial candidates taking center stage on the campaign trail. Why the news of Hillary Clintons health may be hurting her in the polls. Chasing down the bad guy. Wel was thinking when he went running after a bank robber. Plus the shocking list of demands from a College Freshman that she sent to her new roommates before even meeting you decide 2016, if you believe the polls, things are changing. Two new polls out of the key battleground states, ohio and florida, and they show that battleground states. Trump has now erased clintons bump from the Democratic National convention. In florida, trump has a three point edge among likely voters. These are the numbers right here, 47 to clintons 44 , and take a look at this, ohio, the all important state of ohio, donald trump now holding a 5point lead there. In both states, donald trump also holds the edge among registered independents and white voters, while Hillary Clinton has a large minority voters. The health of both candidates has really taken center stage in the last few days in the president ial race, especially after sunday. Today donald trump sat down with tv host dr. Her husband, former president bill clinton, is standing in on the campaign trail right now, where he is once again defending his wifes fitness for office and her health. Its a crazy time where you live in where people think there is something unusual about getting the flu. Last time i checked, millions of people were getting it every ye year. Its unclear why clinton said his wife had the flu rather than pneumonia, which was the public diagnosis. And Colin Powells email hacked, not very flattering for either candidate. The former secretary of state calling donald trump a disgrace and an international pariah, while criticizing clinton aides email controversy, and also saying that everything that she touches goes south because of hubris.
