Describing itself as a Senior Living center. The 21 year old victim in this shooting, identified by his mother as Maddox Franklin junior, was visiting her here. She says another tenant committed the shooting, but doesnt know why it happened. Police say the victim and suspect did know each other but the victims mo this other tenant a man in his 60s approached her son with a weapon, said nothing, then shot Maddox Franklin junior in the abdomen. Brown deer police say that suspect who we are not identifying until he is formally charged was arrested without incident.
