Good evening. Oakland mayor libby schaaf will speak about these changes 30 minutes. We have a crew at city hall waiting to hear. Oakland has dealt with three Police Chiefs in the past week. Sean wentd resigned because of sex allegations and replaced by dan farrell that was replaced after he said he had an affair with a subordinate three years ago and now Paul Figueroa is out after a couple of days. We heard from the president of the City Council Moments ago. I am stunned and disconcerting how Little Information we are provided. Given the nature of these things we are barred from knowing anything about them and so thats frustrating for the council and i think it is frustrating for members of the public as well and so we have to place our confidence in the city administrator and the mayor that they are making good judgments. Not only in the forecast but in the area, and it is really rocking and rolling in berks county, lehigh valley, pocono mountains, Lancaster County you can see lightening on the radar. I will zoom in closer. Very heavy rain around the reading area, allentown, pocono mountains. This is a cold front with moisture combining with it from what used to be Tropical Storm julia. All that hitting us at once. We need rain but that is what usually need rain we get it all at the same time. We have a muggy morning out there. Outside of our door we dont see anything yet but wont be long. 76 degrees in philadelphia south lawyer wind at 3 miles an hour.
