Turns williams and Philippe Santos and no known connection and no known ties to each other. They did have a few things in common. Both were men of color. And both were picked up by the same deputy from the Collier County Sheriffs Department on the same street in naples before they disappeared. Is deputy is the last person known to have seen both menn alive an internal Affairs Investigation showed the deputy was not being truthful about the events surrounding the disappearances but thats as far as it went, is denied any involvement and was never charged. The bodies of Terrence Williams and Philippe Santos were never found. Oh, my gosh, the train went off the tracks. Reporter one car falling from the interstate below, another dangling from the overpass. I was in front of it. Nerve racking, kind of sick to your stomach after seeing this right now. Reporter multiple vehicles were hit by the falling train car as others came crashing into the piles. The people that were in all the vehicle s, even though when you see the pictures its pretty h horrific, at this point nobody in the vehicles was fatal. Reporter 77 passenger ands five crew members were on board the train which was headed south from seattle to portland. Witnesses scrambled to rescue trapped su viervivors and helpet them to the hospital. Some had broken back and injuries, and broken ankles, and head trauma.
