Welcome to the whole story. Im Anderson Cooper, a little over 20 years ago to menn in naples, florida, went missing within months of each other. Turns williams and Philippe Santos and no known connection and no known ties to each other. They did have a few things in common. Both were men of color. And both were picked up by the same deputy from the Collier County Sheriffs Department on the same street in naples before they disappeared. Is deputy is the last person known to have seen both menn alive an internal Affairs Investigation showed the deputy was not being truthful about the events surrounding the disappearances but thats as far as it went, is denied any involvement and was never charged. The bodies of Terrence Williams and Philippe Santos were never found. that s what the white house wants to talk about. they believe they delivered. the president is dealing with a decision that was made out of his control. the significant, dramatic cut that was made in output levels by opec. the president, blunt, in his view of that. what s your reaction to the opec decision? disappointment. don t hurt him. is it going to be there s a lot of alternatives. we haven t made up our mind yet. reporter: there s so many different elements of this, the domestic economy, the global economy, the bilateral relationship, the geopolitics in the midst of the war in ukraine, and politics, 30 days out from the election. the white house is working on a series of options that the president may pursue to block major increases at the pump. they are aware this is a global market. a decision made by some countries that the u.s. viewed a s allies or should have been allies leading up to it. the disappointment is real. some rage, to some degree, when you t
anything. they told me that search and rescue has not been by to knock on doors and check on community members. here s a bit of our conversation with one of the women who experienced this. i would think they would have brought some type of blankets that we just walked through water. wind blowing like crazy. there s kids and stuff. reporter: do you think the community was forgotten during the storm? i do. reporter: we reached out to the collier county sheriff s department. they said we should ask questions of the police. we asked what the evacuation orders, if any, that were given. why did they go door-to-door. and we asked about the zoo and asked why there was no search and rescue, as well. we have not received a response from the naples police regarding our questions. randi kaye, thank you. cnn has exclusive reporting on how an officer who chose to stay outside during the school
