Here we are again in the aftermath of another terrible, inexplicable, shocking and painful tragedy, this time in las vegas. Which happens to be my home town and cletos hometown and cleto sr. s hometown. As you know, 59 people are dead. Hundreds are wounded in what they say was the deadliest mass shooting in modern American History coming about 1 1 2 years after the previous deadliest mass shooting in modern American History, in orlando, where 49 people lost their lives. Of course, we pray for the victims and for their families and friends, and we wonder why, even though theres probably no way to ever know why a human being would do Something Like this to other human beings who are at a concert having fun and listening to music. You know what happened sunday night. Im not going to get deep into it again tonight. I do want to Say Something to those who spent most of the day online attacking those of us who think we need to do something about the fact that 59 innocent people were killed. They say it is too soon to talk about it. Maybe it is too soon for you because nung your heart, you know you bear some responsibility for the fact that almost anyone can get any weapon they want and now you want to cover yourself until the storm of outrage passes. You can go back to your dirty business as usual. It is not too soon for us. Were americans. Last time i checked, the First Amendment is at least as important as the second amendment. So shame on you for suggesting i should do otherwise. President trump is headed to las vegas tomorrow. If it goes anything like his trip to puerto rico, im sure it will be great. He was in puerto rico today to survey the damage caused by hurricane maria. He brought his wife along. Trump ha
