A new poll says a majority want members of congress fired. Chuck todd has more on the new wall street journal numbers. In our brand news wall street journal poll, 65 believe the shutdown is doing quite a bit of harm to the economy. And one in three said it has directly impacted their own lives. Politically, republicans are the losers by a 5331 margin. More folks blame Congressional Republicans for the shutdown than the president. 70 of all respondents believe Congressional Republicans are putting their own political agenda ahead of whats good for the country. Just 51 say the same thing of president obama. And the political damage to the gop brand doesnt end there. 53 of a negative view of the party in this survey, the worst rating for republicans in this polls nearly 25year history. And thats given democrats a boost. They lead the gop by eight points on the question of which party should control congress. Their largest lead since 2009. And that was Nbcs Chuck Todd reporting. Delaware and new jersey. The live radar shows that a lot of the area is being affected. You can see this area that is pretty heavy to the south. This storm is moving to the northeast. Over the next couple of hours its going to be hitting camden about 5 30 and cherry hill at 5 42. Maple shade and morris around 6 00. For this particular cell, you can see it going through cherry hill and cinnamonson. It is moving gradually to the east and has lightning with it, but not a tremendous amount. As it moves to the east over the next couple of hours, the line itself is hitting the millville area close to 6 00 and hammondson around 6 30. It will occur over the next couple of hours and not necessarily the end of the rain. There is another area in central pennsylvania we will have to watch. By tomorrow morning, it is all out of here. Skyforce10 over a stabbing at a high school this afternoon. It happened on a school bus at Pennsauken High School after dismissal time. Investigators say a teenaged girl slashed another girl in the face. The victim rushed to Cooper University hospital. The student with the knife was taken into custody. Right now, she is at Pennsauken Police headquarters. New at 4, learned a berks county neurosurgeon is one of a dozen people arrested in a child pornography sweep today. The berks County District attorney announced the arrests in the past two hours. Doug shimell was there. What have you learned . Reporter what detectives tell us is this is a culmination of a year and a halflong sweep that netted suspects from all walks of life. It was not welcomed news that her 22yearold son, william florianny, had been arrested by berks county detectives in a sweep of 13 alleged child porn traffickers. Im not gonna speak about it.
