Weve actually had an rfp that successfully drew in many respondents. We didnt have that many respondents the last time we issued and rfp and indicated some really good choices to move forward on. I want to move forward and i believe this is shared by all the commissioners here. We all want to move forward as quickly as possible. So today, we really want to see how given the circumstances that we are operating under how we can do that and how we can stay as close to our timeline as possible.
