Services for the Crystal Springs san andreas transmission project increase of about 5 million from previously proofed budget of 11. 3 million. This is offset by savings in other projects and that is shown again in table 1. On page 32 of our report we note that the proposed resolution contains a reference to a contract option to extend the term by 2 years. That was inadvertently included. Therefore our recommendation to amend the proposed recommendation to extend the contract by 2 years and we recommend you approve the resolution as amended. Regarding item 8, i should state, on page 35 of our report we note that the peninsula pipelines upgrade total project Budget Approved by the Public Utilities commission is 42 million, 42, 9300 and that is listed on our report. The listed requested funds on page 10 on the Construction Funds in water Revenue Bonds which were previously fwrieptd proerptd by the board of supervisors for that project. What i want to say is that as we live in the sewer system Improvement Project and as we look at especially back on the inaudible we need to have a plan for the community and a good out reach for the community. Some of it have already started it on our own and we need to, the assistance, of the sfpuc, to really have the community, because, again, and again, as we notice with the water system, Improvement Projects, and everything was left for the 11th hour. And with the Community Benefits of the water system Improvement Project, if you evaluate that, it was done and again and again and again, that is on the commission but we need to address the sewer system Improvement Project in a very wholistic manner because as you commissioners know especially those who have been there for quite a long time, the community was impacted. And so i feel like what is happening, and you know, you can do what whatever you all want to. But, you have to know
