There are returns to the north but you will notice more cloud cover from marin county up through sonoma and napa today. In and out of the clouds but temperatures still on the cool side. 51 san jose. Morgan hill 48. Clouds not really an issue right now. Its the cooler start. Anywhere from 11 degrees cooler novato, 3 or 4 degrees cooler from Mountain View to san jose. A chilly 44 degrees right here in santa cruz. Numbers in the upper 50s. We will call it partly cloudy today and temperatures will be near normal. And already in some spots traffic is a mess. We cant get anywhere. People are running across the street super sfast fast like weaving around cars, and then even at green lights we cant move. Oh, my gosh. It took me like an hour going around trying to figure out where im going to find a parking place. Road closures include part of Market Street near the ferry building, which is being transformed into super bowl city. We found frustrated drivers blocking crosswalks and intersections. Some running red lights. We waited for, like, three green lights to turn, finally. This video from sky 7 hd shows traffic earlier in the day. Another large event, the walk for life brought out thousands who marched to Justin Herman plaza. Ziggys burgers is stocking up on restaurant supplies. Heres a reminder, both public and Catholic Schools in philadelphia are closed again today, snow day, day two, you can see School Closings and some schools are still opened, but on a two hour delay.
