Mill Valley Police tell me that last wednesdays assault is still part of an active investigation. They say several witnesses called 911 begging police to get to the scene because the beating that that 40yearold tech was putting on the victim was so severe they feared for his life. There needs to be some sort of better system, better bike lanes. Reporter hes talking about this stretch of the avenue where narrow lanes make it deaf for vehicles and cyclists it share the road.
